Here we are again. We've had a lot of fun this past month, mainly due to cousins coming down to hang out with us. They stayed for a week and are now in Chile visiting Christian's mission. They'll be back this week and then it will be back to party mode! But first, a little catch-up. El 25 de mayo is similar to the 4th of July in the US. Our ward put on a celebration and served locro--the traditional 25 de mayo dish. It's a stew with a few vegetables and as many random cuts of meat as they can come up with. Mainly sausage, pig tail, and pig feet. My kids were champs and tried as much of it as they could muster. That weekend, James' friend was sealed with his family in the Temple. We offered to host their wedding party at our house. It was a fun night, and Imogen was so enthralled with dressing up and dancing. She could have jumped around all night, but her three-year-oldness got in the way. And then the next day we all fell terribly sick (I think we were already
